Free, structured Japanese lessons — built for Bangladeshi learners aiming for JLPT N4 and a career in Japan, with trilingual support (Japanese, English, Bengali) and real guidance on visas and workplace culture.
Nihongo-Work is built first and foremost for learners in Bangladesh who want to study Japanese with a clear goal: working in Japan under the SSW visa, coming to Japan as a student, or building a career with a Japanese company.
Bangladesh is at the start of a major migration pipeline to Japan, and most learning resources available today are written for English speakers or Chinese speakers. Nihongo-Work is designed to close that gap by explaining everything in Bengali alongside English, while the practice itself stays fully in Japanese.
International learners outside Bangladesh are of course welcome too — the English explanations work for anyone — but the pedagogical choices, the example contexts, and the career pathways we cover are aimed at the Bangladesh → Japan route specifically.
Most Japanese learning resources focus on tourism or casual conversation. Very few address what actually matters when you want to work in Japan from Bangladesh: reading a job offer, understanding a manager's indirect feedback, navigating an SSW visa application, or passing the JLPT and sector tests to qualify for a skilled worker visa.
Nihongo-Work was created to bridge that gap — combining language learning with real, practical knowledge of Japan's work culture, its visa pathways, and the specific challenges that Bangladeshi candidates face along the way.
